  If they do not know why they want to move, they will not stay once they do.

• No focus on value.
  The best candidates talk about impact. The wrong ones talk only about themselves.

These are not small things.

These are warning signs.

And when you ignore them, you pay for it later.

• A strong recruiter helps you see them early. They do not just send resumes.
  They qualify.
  They challenge.
  They protect the process.

Because the goal is not to fill a role.

The goal is to get it right.
